Terms of Service
The agreement between you, the organizers who use ATLAS, and us.
TO BE CONFIRMED — publication date, legal
entity and governing law.
1. The three-way relationship
ATLAS is a platform. When you buy a ticket there are three parties, and knowing which is which decides who you go to when something goes wrong.
| Who | Responsible for |
|---|---|
| You, the guest | Your account, your ticket, your conduct at the event |
| The organizer | The event itself — whether it happens, what it is, refunds, entry |
| ATLAS | The software that sells the ticket and gets you through the door |
ATLAS does not run the events sold through it. We are not the promoter, the venue or the licensee. If an event is cancelled, moved, oversold or is not what was advertised, that is the organizer’s responsibility — though we will give you their contact details and the record of your order.
2. If you are buying a ticket
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay, including fees, in the displayed currency. Your card details go directly to our payment processor. A ticket is issued once payment succeeds. Some events require the organizer’s approval before admission is confirmed; where that applies it is stated before you commit.
Refunds and cancellations
The organizer sets the refund policy and issues refunds. If an event is cancelled, its page stays online saying so and your order remains on record. Contact the organizer about a refund.
TO BE CONFIRMED — mandatory refund rights vary by country and may not be waivable. This section will not promise less than the law requires.
Transfers and resale
Where an organizer enables it, you may transfer a ticket or list it for resale. Resale is at face value — the platform does not permit mark-up, and the original buyer is refunded when the ticket sells.
Entry
Your ticket is a QR code, checked at the door and scannable once. Admission is the organizer’s decision and may be refused under their policies, the venue’s conditions of entry, or the law — including age restrictions.
Your conduct
Do not circumvent ticket limits, tamper with QR codes or passes, upload content you have no right to, or use the service to harass anyone.
Photos you upload
You keep ownership of photographs you upload, and grant the organizer and ATLAS permission to display them in that event’s gallery.
3. If you are an organizer
Your account
You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Sessions last up to 12 hours; changing your password does not end sessions already open. Disable an account to remove its access.
Your responsibilities
The event itself, the accuracy of what you publish, your refund policy and honouring it, the licences and permissions the event requires, and your lawful basis for contacting your guests.
Guest data
Guest data collected through your events is subject to the consent each guest gave. Our platform enforces this: audiences are filtered by consent before any send, and you cannot message guests who declined. You must not export guest data to work around those choices.
Fees and payouts
TO BE CONFIRMED — fee structure, payout schedule, chargeback and refund liability, and tax handling.
Content you publish
You must hold the rights to images, names and marks you upload. Uploaded images must be photographs or graphics; we reject file types that can carry executable content.
Suspension
We may suspend an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you first.
4. Availability, liability and disputes
We work to keep ATLAS running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
TO BE CONFIRMED — service commitments, liability limits, and how disputes are resolved. These differ by country and several consumer protections cannot be excluded.
5. Intellectual property
ATLAS and its software remain ours. Organizers keep their own brand assets and content. Guests keep their uploads.
6. Changes and contact
TO BE CONFIRMED — how changes are notified, and the address for legal notices.
